Production technology
Thermoforming automatic production lines
The foil material is automatically fed from the roll to the forming machine, where it is heated to production temperature. In the mold, the foil is then formed into the desired shape using a vacuum, cooled and cut out. The automatic line is ideal for forming simple and more complex packaging in large series.
Manual semi-automatic shaping
To work on the machine, it is necessary to set the temperature of the plastic heating, the power of the heating elements including the limitation of individual sections, the time of the heating cycle and other functions. Material handling is ensured by the machine operator. The machines are suitable for shaping prototypes and objects of larger dimensions in small series.
